great location for birdwatching

ria view quality food comfortable bedroom quiet bedroom

i enjoyed the ria view from my room i could see flamingos storks and avocets easily the hotel is very near many restaurants the breakfast buffet offered plentiful quality food i also found the bedrooms very comfortable and quiet

i found the indoor pool peaceful i wish swim caps were available for purchase i thought that was a slight inconvenience

the hotel overlooks the marina and formosa it is near the ferry terminal for island access the hotel is convenient to the old town and easily walkable to many restaurants shops and attractions in the area

the gym has a good selection of equipment for workouts there is a large free car park directly in front of the hotel i could also use the garage for parking the hotel offers both an indoor and outdoor pool to guests.

the room was spacious and featured an ample bed the bathroom included a great shower i had a sea view room with a small terrace the room had silent air conditioning i found this especially beneficial for a restful sleep

large suite wrap around balcony friendly staff

the location has a pretty marina and the formosa view! we had a large suite with a wrap around balcony, great for sunbathing. the staff surprised us with desserts, champagne, chocolates, and rose petals. all the staff felt helpful and friendly, a nice stay.

The air conditioning could have been better. It stopped working one night.

i found the hotel provided early check-in, greatly appreciated. the breakfast offered an excellent selection. the staff consistently demonstrated accommodation . i found the cleanliness of the room to be perfect.

i noticed the absence of readily available local shops nearby to purchase essential items like water. a quick trip to a supermarket required crossing a busy road. this posed a minor inconvenience.

i found the staff were very friendly. i asked for drinks repeatedly when i was around the pool. the breakfast service was also great, it had a buffet option with tasty fresh juices. the drinks prices was very reasonable.

the air con stopped working on our 2nd to last day. we told reception, they said they would get someone to look at it. no one came and we had to spend the whole night trying to sleep with the patio door open. the traffic noise kept us awake.

enormous choice sea views helpful staff tired interior noisy aircon cheaper drinks

The breakfast had an enormous choice and was well presented. Staff were very helpful and cute. The location offered lovely sea and marina views. The hotel staff were great , the gym is also very good.

Wallpaper was peeling in rooms and corridors , the interior looked a bit tired. I reported our noisy aircon , but the hotel found nothing wrong. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks were much cheaper in town , the prices were HIGH.
